2135 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 2135 platform. By registering or using any of the services offered, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 2135 website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document, together with Privacy Policy us. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use this platform.
The 2135 platform is only accessible to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful under the applicable laws in your location. 2135 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account found to be non-compliant.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the 2135 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 2135 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information at the point of registration will result in immediate account termination. You are responsible for keeping your account information current whenever changes occur.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 2135 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials. - Sharing login credentials with any other party is strictly prohibited.
- Using another person's account, even with their permission, is strictly prohibited.
- Registering using false identity information or another person's details is strictly prohibited.
- Accounts may not be transferred to a third party under any circumstances.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 2135 platform agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws. You agree not to engage in any activity that could damage the platform, disrupt the experience of other users, or infringe upon the rights of any party.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to circumvent or bypass the platform's security systems.
- Using another person's account credentials to gain access or benefits.
- Distributing content that is defamatory, violent in nature, or in violation of the law.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or unlawful financial activity.
- Accessing the platform from locations where online gambling is prohibited under local law.
2135 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user suspected of violating these rules, including permanent suspension or termination of the account.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 2135 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is valid under Malaysian law.
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe specified by the chosen payment method. 2135 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet service providers.
Withdrawal of funds is subject to the following conditions:
- Users must complete the identity verification process before their first withdrawal can be processed.
- Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
- 2135 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes should any suspicious activity be detected on an account.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policy, which may change from time to time.
Any attempt to use the platform for money laundering or financial fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the accounts involved will be terminated immediately.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

2135 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system failures, or data loss.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
2135 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if the user is found to have breached any of the terms in this document. Where closure is due to fraud or illegal activity, the account balance may be forfeited and will not be returned. Intellectual Property
All content on the 2135 platform, including logos, text, designs, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of 2135 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any platform content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
This platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 2135 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
2135 reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time in accordance with operational requirements or changes in legislation. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
This document and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any claims or disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions contained in this document.
